Submitting Multi-page Documents
At times, you may need to submit a digital file to GPS containing multiple pages, like a degree audit, transcript, or apartment lease.
Single-page files are best for one-page documents (like a bill), but uploading a multi-page document as a group of individual pages to the GPS File Drop is discouraged because it causes processing delays.
Instead, use one of these methods to submit your multi-page document as a single file:
Digital Originals (web pages):
- Computer: Look for a Print to PDF option if you are using your college portal or use a Print to PDF command for saving a web page as a digital file.
- Android device: Use this Print to PDF process.
- iOS mobile device: Use this Full-Page Screenshot process.
Paper Originals (be sure to include front and back pages if your document is double-sided):
- Computer/scanner: Scan the document
- Android device: Use a scanner app that produces PDF’s, like Cam Scanner.
- iOS mobile device: Use the Notes app to produce a PDF.
