Balance on my Student Account

Request for Help with a Balance on my Student Account

My student account has an unpaid balance. Please advise me on how to resolve it.
  • Most recent detailed student account activity/bill from my college portal showing all the transactions for the designated term (tuition, fees, room, board, and all payments/aid).
    *If your college posts monthly bills that do not show a running record for the whole term, you will need to submit all monthly bills for the designated term.
    Max. file size: 100 MB.
  • If you are unable to attach your file(s), upload to the GPS file drop instead.
  • CES staff will follow up with you within 2 business days or 1 week during peak seasons (June 1 - Sept. 15 and Dec. 15 - Jan. 31).
