Facility Request Form

Our facilities are private and only available to be rented by alumni, employees, and retirees.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee date availability or a reservation. 

Please keep in mind that weddings can only be booked for Saturdays and Sundays. Weddings are not held at the venue Monday-Friday. This does not include a Saturday wedding booking the Friday before for decoration and rehearsal.

Think the DAC facilities might be a good fit for your event? Tours are offered Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. depending on the events scheduled on campus. Tours of the facilities can be scheduled by emailing [email protected] or calling 717-520-2030.

This calendar should not be used to book tours of the venue.
