Senior Achievement Award: Career Accomplishment 

Emily Witmer ’23

Emily enrolled at MHS as a fourth-grader, and since that time, she has flourished through academic achievements, leadership qualities, and efforts to serve our school community. She has been highly active in a variety of school programs, and most notably active in the Milt-to-Milt program where high school students are assigned to an Elementary Division student home where they support their youngest MHS peers. Emily is also a member of the National Honor Society.

During the fall semester, Emily completed an internship with a second-grade class at Memorial Hall. This semester, she is part of the Elizabethtown College cohort of students taking a full load of college classes prior to high school graduation in June. Emily plans to continue her education at West Chester University and to study secondary education with an English focus and a minor in American Sign Language.
