Charles Carbaugh

Charles “Bill” William Carbaugh, 64, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020.

Born December 12, 1955, in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of Mary Elizabeth (Rankin) Custer of Williamsport, MD and the late Perry Alvin Carbaugh.

Bill graduated from Milton Hershey High School in 1973. He was employed with Tempur Pedic Sealy Mattress Co. for 25 years as a truck driver. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

He was devoted to his family and was a beloved son, brother, and uncle, as well as a loyal friend.

Bill is survived by his siblings, Carol Miller of Mercersburg, PA, Perry Carbaugh and wife Bobbi of Hagerstown, MD, David Carbaugh of Hagerstown, MD, Linda White of Hagerstown, MD and Carl Custer of Williamsport, MD; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
