Quality Patient Centered Services (QPCS) was established by Debbie Sampson, BSN, RN in 2012 and began with the mission to provide the best possible care to the service men and women of the United States Military. Today, that mission has carried through and continues to be a success. QPCS strives to provide top level clinical services to our brave men and women of the United States Military. QPCS is now partnering with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the Pennsylvania State Police, South Mountain Restoration Clinic and PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. Quality Patient Centered Services LLC (QPCS) has been providing medical services to the US Military via the RRHP for nearly a decade and is now the 2nd largest service provider in the country delivering medical services to our nation’s finest service men and women to the United States of America. The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections requested QPCS to aid in May of 2020 due to the COVID crisis throughout the prison system to partner with them in provide dignified care the inmates of Pennsylvania. QPCS emergently responded to the crisis by deploying 7 nurses, to include the agency owner, to SCI Phoenix providing 24 hour nursing service. The PA DOC rapidly began to request QPCS to provide additional services to all 23 DOC facilities. To date, QPCS has held over 30 emergency purchase orders active for RN, LPN, MA, and CNA services. QPCS is proven, committed, driven and passionate at providing the best possible dignified care.
