Simon A. Struzzeri
Simon Struzzeri, of Inkerman, died Friday, March 30, 2007, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
He was a son of the late Reginald and Mary Jacicionus Struzzeri.
He was a teacher at Pittston Area Elementary School for 32 years, until his retirement two years ago.
Simon was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church; a member of the Emanon Country Club, Falls; and the Pittston Area School Teachers Union.
He is survived by his wife, Janet; son Reginald, Philadelphia; brothers Phil Struzzeri, Inkerman, Riggie Struzzeri, Pittston, and Michael Struzzeri, Pittston; a sister, Deloris, Exeter; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are by the Adonizio Funeral Home Inc., 251 William St., Pittston. A viewing will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. today. Funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Burial will be in the Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville.
