Ralph F. Wolf, 93, of _Lancaster, died on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster County in Mount Joy. He was born September 21, 1918 in Lebanon, PA, the son of the late John and Viola (Fox) Wolf and was the husband of Ida (Billett) Wolf for the past 71 years. Ralph was a retired machinery builder and repairer for most of his life, having worked for the following local companies: DeWalt, Bearings Co., Champion Blower & Forge, Hubley, and Lift-All. He was a 1937 graduate of the Milton Hershey School and baptized in the Lutheran faith.

He is survived by his wife, Ida; a daughter, Billie Louise Ruff of Mt. Joy; a brother, Richard A. Wolf of Michigan; a half-brother, Bernard Wolf, and a half-sister, Wilma Winter, both of Palmyra. He will be sadly missed by his two grandchildren: B. Jay Wolf and Billie Jayne Dastra and four great grandsons: _Vincent, Anthony, Joseph and Dominic Dastra. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2011 at 11 AM from Young Funeral Home, 317 East Orange Street, Lancaster, PA. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery following the service. A visitation will be held at Young Funeral Home on Monday from 10 to 11 AM.
