Melissa “Missy” Brunk Sauer, age 44 of Highspire, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015 at her home.

Born May 4, 1971 in New Port Richey, FL, she was the daughter of Patricia (Muldoon) Hepner of Lilly, PA.

Missy was a graduate of Milton Hershey High School and was currently employed by George A. Kint, Inc. of Harrisburg.

Missy enjoyed reading short stories, writing poetry, adventuring through community yard sales and collecting Boyd’s Bears.

Surviving in addition to her mother are her two children Austin Sauer of Highspire and Crystal Sauer of Arizona, a grandson Aiden Conn as well as many loving family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Malpezzi Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg with viewing held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Interment will take place at St. Brigid’s Cemetery in Lilly, PA at the convenience of the family.
