Marshall Monroe Beard, born in Hershey, Pennsylvania December 4, 1920 passed away peacefully on September 26th at 91 years of age with his family at his side. Marshall was part of the “Greatest Generation” group. At three years of age he was placed in the Hershey Orphanage, where he learned how to ice skate on Pennsylvania ponds. His skating career led him to being Sonja Henie’s Ice Review skating partner in Ice Follies, Holiday on Ice and Ice Capades. Marshall had a full skating career. After skating, Marshall went into real-estate and founded Arrowhead Resort Reality which he owned for 40 years. Marshall, we miss you and love you. Your Friends & Family.
