Kenneth D. “Dave” Lynn, 72, of 215 N. Carver Street, Warren, Pa., passed away peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2009 at Warren General Hospital following a brief illness.

Dave was born March 10, 1937, in Berwick, Pa., the son of the late Thomas and Margaret Lynn. He was a graduate of the Milton Hershey School in 1955.

He became a funeral director in Berwick for a few years, and then enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He then moved to Warren in 1963, worked as a Recreational Therapist at the Warren State Hospital, retiring in 1994.

He enjoyed computers, woodworking, and was an avid Steeler’s fan. He especially enjoyed his family and his cat, Cali.

He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Muccino Lynn, whom he married on February 23, 1963; two daughters, Judy Luzzi and her husband Stephen, Warren, and Tracy Lynn, Chicago, Ill.; a sister, Eloise Slusser, Berwick, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Berger; and five bothers, Atwood, Donald, Robert, Ralph and Thomas Lynn.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The family requests that memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or Warren County Humane Society. The Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penn Ave. E., Warren, PA is taking care of arrangements.
