John W. Bressler
John William Bressler, 69, of Saint Clair, passed away Wednesday at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville. Born in Latrobe, Jan. 5, 1943, he was a son of the late Herman and Anna Elizabeth Mull Bressler. He was the husband of Gloria Nemeth Bressler, whom he married on Aug. 13, 1968. A graduate of Milton Hershey High School, he served in the Navy. He was employed as a Pennsylvania State Trooper for 25 years, Hamburg. He was a member of the State Police Retirement Association and the Fraternal Order of Police.
John was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church, Saint Clair. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Bressler; and a sister, Patty Patterson.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Tracey Lynn Muldowney, wife of Christopher, Milton, Fla.; three sons, Michael Bressler, Hummelstown, John W. Bressler Jr., Saint Clair, and Ryan C. Bressler, husband of Molly, Pottsville; grandchildren, Delaney and Aaron Muldowney and Cade and Killian Bressler; brothers, Thomas Snyder, husband of Ela, Wilmington, N.C., and Herman Snyder, husband of Barbara, Annville; nieces and nephews.
