John M. Lucidon
John M. Lucidon, Jr., 51, of Carlisle, died Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at his home.
Born August 22, 1957 in Bryn Mawr, he was a son of Gertrude Carlino Lucidon of Carlisle and the late John M. Lucidon, Sr. He was a landscape architect who was passionate about his own business, Paradise Landscaping & Construction since 1976.
He was a graduate of Milton Hershey School, Class of 1975 and a member of the Horticulture Society. John enjoyed traveling to tropical destinations and most of all spending time with his loving family.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife of fifteen years, Rosa Maria Guerrero Lucidon of Carlisle; son, John Matthew Lucidon III and wife Tara of Chalfont; son, Jaime J. Guerrero of Upper Saddle River, NJ; daughter, Amanda M. Lucidon Sleeper and husband Shaun of Arlington, VA; son, Dominic R. Lucidon of Chalfont; son, Angelo Guerrero of Upper Saddle River, NJ; daughter, Valerie A. Lucidon of Chalfont; daughter, Allyssa Lucidon of Lancaster; granddaughter, Autumn Victoria Lucidon of Chalfont; granddaughter, Sophia Elizabeth Lucidon of Chalfont; brother, Mark Lucidonio and wife Tina of Haverford; and sister, Donna Marie Curry of Upper Darby. Also survived by his loving dog, Sushi.
Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m., Sunday, January 25, 2009 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, with the Rev. William E. Pipp officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. A viewing will be held from 4 p.m., until the time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
