Horace E. Eddie Lightcap, 81, of Salisbury Township, died Friday, January 22, 2010 at Liberty Nursing & Rehab Center.

Born in Sellersville, he was a son of the late Webster and Lottie (Ackerman) Lightcap. He was the husband of Marlene (Gaugler) Lightcap. They were married 57 years last June.

Horace operated an appliance repair business in Allentown until he retired in 1998.

He was a Life member of Liberty and Franklin Fire Companies of Allentown and Salisbury Fire Co.

Survivors: Wife; daughters, Linda, wife of Joseph Lazowicki of Allentown, Shirley, wife of David Rader of Walnutport; sons, Leonard and wife Cindy, Kenneth and wife Lisa both of Allentown, Thomas and wife Joani of Roy, UT.

Services: Private. Arrangements: Boyko Funeral Home Allentown.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the scholarship fund at the Milton Hershey School, P.O. Box 830, Hershey, PA 17033.
