Edwin H. Culp
Edwin H. Culp, Sr., 56, of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013 after a long illness.
He was the husband of Beth M. Flinchbaugh Culp with whom he would have celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on December 1, 2013.
He was born in Columbia, son of the late Filbert K. Culp, Sr. and the late Janet Krow Culp Fletcher.
He worked in the maintenance department of Harley-Davidson for 16 years and ITT Grinnell Corp. for 18 years.
He was a graduate of the Milton Hershey School, Class of 1976; was an avid hunter and marksman and enjoyed gardening.
Surviving in addition to his wife, one son: Edwin (Allison) Culp, Jr. One daughter: Heather M. Culp. Two grandchildren: Edwin H. Culp III and Emma Mae Culp. Four brothers and five sisters and also numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: James and Todd Culp and one sister: Sharon Flinchbaugh.
Private Funeral Service will be held for the family at the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., 31 South Eighth Street, Columbia, with Pastor Ricky McCarl officiating.
Interment in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
