David D. Berger
David D. Berger, 75, of Lititz, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at home.
Born in Hamburg he was the son of the late John H. and Cora Mae (Moyer) Berger and was the husband of Debra (Schaeffer) Berger with whom he shared 33 years of marriage.
David was a member of Middle Creek Church of the Brethren. David was a car mechanic. He enjoyed doing various crafts, Sudoku puzzles and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by a daughter, Bobbie Lee Berger, at home; a son, Daniel Berger of Myerstown; a sister, Clara Bomberger of Lancaster, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers Nathaniel, John and Claude and 3 sisters, Victoria, Kathryn, and Cora.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017, from 10 to 11 AM at the Middle Creek Church of the Brethren, 351 W. Middle Creek Road, Lititz, followed by funeral services at 11 AM with Pastor John Hess officiating.
Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions in David’s memory may be made to Hospice & Community Care, P. O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA, 17604. Arrangements by Stradling Funeral Homes, Inc., Akron/Ephrata.
