Robert Perry

On Friday, November 26, 2021, Robert Lee Perry passed away at home surrounded by his family after a long battle with COPD and a brief illness with lung cancer. He was 86 years old.

Robert is survived by his children, Carl Stine (Tara) of Mt. Wolf, Paul Stine of Shiloh, Nina (Stine) Phillips of York, Mae (Bobbie) Perry-Einsig (Terry) of Shiloh. 10 grandchildren Joe, Jacob, Thomas & Nathaniel Stine, Amy (Burns) Smith & Daniel Burns Jr., John Phillips Jr. & Kayla (Phillips) Singleton, Joshua Einsig & Ian Einsig, numerous great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and his best friend who he thought of like a son, Kelly Sprenkle. Siblings Linda (Tom) Tharpe, Mary (Joe) Culverhouse & George Perry.

He was preceded in death by his Ex-Wife Hilda (Stine) Perry, Daughter Margaret Stine, Grandson Shawn Swoyer, Sisters Annabelle Alloway, Sally Nolder & Jane McCormick. Brother Nolan (Skip) Perry.

Robert was born on January 13, 1935, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to the late Nolan Roy and Mae (Scoltock) Perry. He was an alumnus of the Milton Hersey School for Boys in Hershey, PA and an Army veteran who also served in the Army National Guard. He was a plumber by trade and retired in 1996. He enjoyed helping his children with their many remodeling endeavors as he was a jack of all trades and could do just about anything. He was a cook in the Army National Guard who spent many of Holidays cooking mass amounts of food for his service families and enjoying every minute of it.
