Ralph Hetrick

Ralph Hetrick, 92, of Hershey, passed away on June 17, 2021 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was born in Lebanon on February 28, 1929 a son of the late Ralph and Reeda (Sattazahn) Hetrick and a stepson of the late Helen (Julander) Hetrick.

He was a 1947 graduate of the Milton Hershey School and was an Air Force Veteran who was stationed in Germany for 3 years and participated in the Berlin Air Lift. He had been a self-employed contractor and manufacturer’s representative. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hershey, enjoyed gardening, cooking, classical music and was an avid reader.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 66 years, Janet E. (Crum) Hetrick; son, Steven R. Hetrick of Hershey; two brothers, Frank and Ronald Hetrick both of Palmyra. He was preceded in death by his brother, Sterling E. Hetrick and sister, Helene Snyder.
