Keith A. Horning

Keith A. Horning ’65, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on Dec. 21, 2025.

Keith A. Horning 78 of Harrisburg, died Sunday, December 21, 2025 at his home.

Keith was born in Mifflintown and was the son of the late Charles and Pearl Horning. He was retired from the PA Capitol Police, where he was a police officer.

Keith was predeceased by his sisters, Alice Middleswarth and Virginia Yohn; his brothers, Charles Horning, Donald Horning and Robert Horning.

Keith is survived by his daughter, Kelly Croft; his sons, Keith Horning and Christopher Horning; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; his sisters, Sandra Henry and Elizabeth Kauffman; his nieces, Robin Henry and Judy King.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 11 A.M. at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 6011 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg. Inurnment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with Full Military Honors.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
