Harry Gosthnian

Harry “Gus” Gosthnian, age 96, peacefully joined the Lord on Friday, September 13, 2019, in his home surrounded by loved ones.

His funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at Maiden Wesleyan Church with Rev. Floyd Dean officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery with full military honors. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12:30 until 1:00 PM at the church.

 Mr. Gosthnian was born February 16, 1923, in Cambelltown, Pennsylvania. In addition to his parents, Arakel “John” Gosthnian & Gertrude Tobias, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Hawks Gosthnian. Harry served in the United States Army for 34 years and received the rank of Master Sergeant. After retiring from the service, he worked for, and retired from, Boeing for over 20 years.

 He is survived by his Sons, Harry “Skip” Gosthnian, John Gosthnian, Tony Graff, and daughters Dorothy Ralph, Joanna Claflin, Grandchildren and great grandchildren.
