Clifford J. Fritchman ’73, 68, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024, in St. Luke’s Hospice House, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Karen (Zednik) Fritchman.
Clifford J. Fritchman, 68, of Forks Twp., passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on Saturday, February 17, 2024, in St. Luke’s Hospice House, Bethlehem. He was the loving husband of Karen (Zednik) Fritchman, with whom he shared over 40 years of marriage.
Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Earl Fritchman and Jean (Cooley) Fritchman Craig and stepson of the late Kenneth Craig. He graduated from the Milton Hershey School in 1973 and worked as a Pipefitter and plumber working at Bethlehem Steel for 28 years, Victaulic Manufacturing for 7 years and the Lyons VA Hospital in New Jersey for 17 years before retiring.
Clifford’s life was his family. From riding his motorcycle with his wife to coaching his children in sports and following his grandchildren in their sports activities, he was there and enjoyed these special times. He was honored to serve the Lord and attended Calvary Baptist Church, Palmer Twp.
Survivors: In addition to his beloved wife, Karen, he is survived by his son, Joshua J. Oscavich (Tracy) of Bethlehem; daughter, Samantha L. Siegfried (Jeremy) of Bethlehem; sisters, Flossie, Marilyn, Betty, Grace, Rose; brother, Ben; grandchildren, Lileighana, Killian, Daxon, Rawley and many relatives, friends and extended family as well as his dog, Lucy.
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Clifford Fritchman may be made to “Karen Fritchman,” C/O of the funeral home for a trust fund to be setup his grandchildren.
