Refer to your original email from GPS stating your MyCES Username (a 10-digit number starting with zero). For an automated reminder, click Forgot Your Username? under the Submit button on the MyCES Login Page.

To reset your MyCES Password, click Forgot Your Password? under the Submit button on the MyCES Login Page.

Your password must meet these requirements:

• Minimum of 9 characters
• At least 1 uppercase letter
• At least 1 lowercase letter
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *)

Contact GPS for temporary access to your account or call 1-888-647-2586 (Option 2, then 4).

Submit a GPS help request or call 1-888-647-2586 (Option 2, then 4).

•  Are you using the correct format to enter your data?
  • Full date of birth, separating the month (MM), day (DD) and year (YYYY) with a forward slash. (Example: 04/30/2002)
  • Your password must meet these requirements:
  • Minimum of 9 characters
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character (! @ # $ % ^ & *)
• Are you are using the correct Username with no spaces? (See “I forget my Username” for help.)
• Contact GPS if you can’t figure out how to solve the problem or call 1-888-647-2586 (Option 2, then 4).
