Payment Schedule (CES Funds)

The timing of CES payments each term depends on when you complete all of your GPS requirements. Log into your MyCES portal regularly to make sure your To-Do List is complete. If CES deadlines do not align with your college deadlines, contact your Higher Education Support Specialist for help with your individual timeline

Since GPS reviews your transcript at the end of each term and does not send payments until confirming your academic progress, we recommend communicating with your Student Accounts Office between the Fall and Spring terms about how CES payments are timed. This often helps students avoid late fees and complications.

You can view your Payment Schedule on MyCES. If your Student Accounts Office asks you for documentation showing the amount that CES expects to send for the upcoming term, please show them this schedule.
