Balance on Your Student Account

If you have a balance on your bill after your CES payment was received and applied to your account, it could mean that your financial aid or costs changed.

First, check that all your aid has been applied, including the Direct Subsidized Loan. If aid is missing, contact the Financial Aid Office immediately to determine why it isn’t on your bill/account. If all aid is present, contact GPS for help.
