Facility Request Form

Thank you for your interest in reserving Purcell Friendship Hall for an event. The facility is private and only available for rent to alumni, employees, retirees, and their immediate family. Completing this form does not guarantee date availability or a reservation, and the calendar should not be used to book tours of the venue. 

Tours are offered Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., depending on on-campus events. Tours of the facilities can be scheduled by emailing [email protected] or calling 717-520-2035.

Wedding reservations can only be made for Saturdays and Sundays.
