Stephen A. Waite
Stephen A. Waite, 57, of Stroudsburg, died Dec. 17, 2012, at Allied Services Rehab Hospital, Scranton.
Born in Cuba, N.Y., he was the son of Alladean Ruth (Corwall) Waite of Mount Pocono and the late Anthony Waite. Following his graduation from the University of Denver, Stephen worked for Target in Denver, Colo. Then he moved to New Jersey and worked for Bradlees. He also worked for Ronamatic, until founding his current company, Southwest Shapes and Collectibles, which he had operated for more than 20 years.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Alison Hillary Martin of Michigan; his sister, Beverly Westbrook of Mount Pocono; and his niece, Vanessa Westbrook of Mount Pocono. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Dean Waite.
The viewing will take place at 2 p.m. until the time of service Friday, Dec. 21, at Bolock Funeral Home & Crematory, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The Rev. Jon Hall will conduct a service at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
