Peacefully on Saturday, November 20, 2010, William H. Kohl Sr. “Bill,” age 61, of Ross Twp., at home following a short battle with lung cancer. Beloved husband of Susan B. (Johnson) Kohl for 41 years; son of the late James J. and Marie D. (Bagley) Kohl; brother of Richard Kohl, of Hudson, Florida, and the late Charles “Chip” Kohl; loving father of William H. Kohl Jr., James C. (Tabatha) Kohl, Michael S. Kohl, and Kelli M. (Michael) Hazel; loving grandfather of Ashley Kohl, Conner and Kirsten Hazel, Alicia Kohl, Austin, Michael and Makenna Kohl; son-in-law of Hildegarde Johnson and brother-in-law of Nancy Johnson of Harrisburg, PA; survived also by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.

Loyal dog owner “Shamus,” “Harley,” and “Bailey.” Bill was a member of Seville Volunteer Fire Company, Ross Twp. Station 251 for 25 years, and a retired chief. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Celtic Hospice for their loving support and assistance during his final days.

Friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at O’BRIEN’S, 3724 California Ave. at Cooper Ave. NS. Funeral mass in St. Cyril of Alexandria Church, Wednesday, 9:30 am.
