Arthur M. Bragg ’47, of Jonestown, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 1, 2024.

Arthur M. Bragg, 94, of Jonestown, passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Stone Ridge Poplar Run in Myerstown. He was the husband of the late Mildred E. Blouch Bragg.

Born in Philadelphia on June 8, 1929, he was the son of the late Charles M. and Hazel M. High Bragg. Art lived at the Milton Hershey Home and attended the School as a young person. Arthur worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Goodhart & Sons Sheetmetal Fabrication in Lancaster. He had been a member of the former Victory Lighthouse Church in Lickdale. Arthur was a founding member of the Hearld Gospel Quartet. For many years he served as a Union Twp. Supv.

He is survived by his sons James A. (Jean) Bragg of Jonestown, Gerald (Flo) Bragg of Lebanon, Dean Bragg of Cleona and Vaughn Bragg of Greer, SC; daughters Sofia Pearlman of Camp Hill and Frances Bragg of Jonestown; twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Brother LaFrance L. Bragg of Lakeside, CA. He was preceded in death by his son Zyndell Bragg.
