Jack E. Dumbauld
Jack E. Dumbauld, 68, of Annville, Pa. passed away unexpectedly on November 17, 2014 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. He is survived by his wife Barbara L. (Minnich) Dumbauld with whom he celebrated 21 years of marriage this past year. Born in Hershey on February 17, 1946, he was the son of the late Charles and Hilda Wagner Dumbauld. He was a graduate of Milton Hershey School and had attended Lebanon Valley College. Jack was a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He was a field service engineer for Marsulex Environmental Technologies (MET). He was a legionnaire, a member of the Union Hose Fire Company, a lifelong VFW Member, where he served on the board, and a member of the Lebanon County Police Combat Pistol Club. Jack’s cabin in West Virginia was a big part of his life, while there he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family, friends and his beagles.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a son, Andy Dumbauld and wife Lorrie, a step-son, Erik Kaylor, grandchildren, Audrey Davies and fiance Jon, Nichole Hartlieb and husband Austin, Emma and Tilly Kaylor, a great-granddaughter, Sarah, three brothers, Charlie Dumbauld and wife Sherry, Jerry Dumbauld and wife Cecelia, Larry Dumbauld, and two sisters, Edna Baseshore and Susan Dumbauld.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be viewing held on Friday evening at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
