George H. Eckenroth
George H. Eckenroth, 86, formerly of Robesonia, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Stone Ridge Poplar Run, Myerstown.
He was the husband of Lynda (Gruber) Eckenroth, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage on July 19th. Born in Sinking Spring, he was a son of the late George A. and Margaret (Greth) Eckenroth. He was a Navy Veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Mark G. Eckenroth, Wernersville, and Eric W. Eckenroth, husband of Deborah, Framingham, MA; four grandchildren, Sharra, Joseph, Adam, and Holly Eckenroth; two nieces, Aleta and Holly; and three nephews, Dean, Richard, and Chuck. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Eckenroth; a sister, Annabelle Baim; and a nephew, Glenford Baim.
