George Adam Rippel, Jr., Concord, CA entered peacefully into rest on December 28, 2012. He was 60 years old.

Born in Oneonta, New York on August 14, 1952, George, who was trained as a civil engineer, was a project manager of many construction jobs in the Bay Area. Devoted to his family, George enjoyed playing his trombone and working on his computers. He will truly be missed.

George is survived by his devoted sons, James A. Rippel and Christopher Rippel. He leaves behind his brothers, John and William as well as his sisters, Carrie and Debby. He will always be remembered by his Aunt Beatrice Bernstein.

Visitation for George will be on Saturday, January 5th, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 NOON at Salvation Army Concord Community Church, 3950 Clayton Road, Concord, CA. A Funeral Service will follow on Saturday at 12:00 NOON at the Salvation Army Concord. Burial will be private.
