Christopher D. Robert
Christopher Daniel Robert, beloved father, brother, uncle and friend, passed away suddenly on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017. He was 58.
A resident of New Hope, Pa., Chris attended the Milton Hershey School as well as Tyler School of Art. He was the longtime co-owner of Karl Schumacher Dental Instrument Company.
Along with his advertising and graphic design expertise, his understanding of anatomy and physics lead to the engineering and development of innovative new dental instruments, several of which he patented, that revolutionized the dental profession. His vision, knowledge and leadership contributions were immeasurable to the success of the company.
After retiring in 2015, Chris was able to enjoy his passions for art, music, fishing and travel.
Chris was a devoted father. He adored his children: son, Christopher, and daughter, Summer, and his love for them was the motivating force of his life. They were always prominent in his thoughts and in his heart.
In addition to his children, Chris is survived by his brother, Claude; nieces, Nicole and Jen; nephews, Michael, Josh, Joe, Mark and Dan their extended families; his girlfriend, Jean; and too many friends and associates to mention. Sadly, he was preceded in death by his Opa and Oma; his parents, Henry and Ingrid Robert; and by his older brother, Henry.
His memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Rd., Feasterville, PA 19053. Visitation will start at 10 a.m. followed by services at 11 a.m.
