ROSS , Carl E. On April 9, 2013, CARL EMANUEL ROSS; beloved husband of the late Ina E. Ross; loving father of Barbara R. Updike of McDonough, GA, and Susan E. Ross of Lakewood, CO; cherished grandfather of Emily S. Lukat (Reed) of Locust Grove, GA; devoted great-grandfather of Morgan S. Lukat; dear brother of Sara L. Tappan of Reno, NV. Carl is preceded in death by his parents, William J. and Stella V. Ross; and his siblings, Helen, Miriam and Joseph G. Ross. Carl graduated from Milton S. Hershey Industrial School in 1938 and Johns Hopkins University in 1956 where he received an Electrical Engineering Degree. Memorial services are being planned for a later date.
