Milton Hershey School has partnered with Big Interview to offer students and alumni a free training system that features a new and innovative way to help you prepare more effectively for a job interview.

Big Interview is an online system that combines training AND practice to help you improve your interview techniques and build your confidence.

Big Interview offers a variety of tools including:

  • Mock video interview practice and recording tool
  • Written and video curriculum covering the entire job search and interview process
  • Practice answering interview questions with the STAR technique
  • Ability to share videos externally or internally for feedback
  • Resume creator tool

 

 

 

Resume Resources For College Students

Update your resume and cover letter frequently, especially as your roles and responsibilities change. Be sure to add new experiences and skills you have acquired. Tailor each cover letter to the specific job you are applying for to ensure a strong first impression.

Prepare for an Interview

An interviewer will review a list of questions that may arise during an interview or during a scheduled phone meeting. The interviewer will practice the questions to you. Afterwards, you will be presented with feedback on ways to improve your interview skills. You can expect to spend 30 minutes practicing for your interview.
